Replenishing tea


If you're feeling stressed and your hands are sore from typing/ drawing, try this quick beverage instead of coffee. It will help calm your nerves and take you away from work for a minute.
  • Beetroot skin
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • Pre-cut mint leaves (can be found in spice section, or just dice fresh ones)
Boil water and add ingredients.
