Keeping up with the daily hype and finding enough motivation to work can be difficult! As an artist it's important to eat and exercise regularly. Here's a sample lunch:
- Carrot salad with eggs and vinaigrette
- 4 thin slices of organic tofu
- one apple
- a square of 90% dark chocolate
- a fresh glass of water
I ate it at 12:45 PM and felt pretty good throughout the rest of the day. What it needed: whole grain bread, wheat or some sort of starch. What I needed: more sleep during the week.
